Set amidst the wild beauty of Tasmania’s wilderness, the Flavours of Cradle Mountain: Summer Edition offers a relaxed yet refined dining experience where fresh, local ingredients are the star. From the delicate house-smoked salmon to the bold flavours of dukkah-crusted wallaby, every dish is a reflection of the land, the sea, and the heart of Tasmania. Each plate is designed to take you on a journey through the region’s finest offerings, paired perfectly with the Highland Restaurant’s tranquil surroundings.

The two-course menu is available for $85 per person, while the three-course experience is offered at $105 per person. Wine pairing is available for an additional cost per person.
