Set amidst the wild beauty of Tasmania’s wilderness, the Flavours of Cradle Mountain: Autumn Edition offers a relaxed yet refined dining experience where fresh, local ingredients are the star. From the delicate Tasmanian salmon sashimi with lemongrass and ponzu to the comforting richness of braised beef cheek with red cabbage slaw and pickled cherry, every dish is a reflection of the land, the sea, and the heart of Tasmania. Each plate is designed to take you on a journey through the region’s finest offerings, paired perfectly with the Highland Restaurant’s tranquil surroundings.

The two-course menu, including your choice of side, is available for $105 per person, while the three-course experience with a side is offered at $150 per person. All meals include complimentary bread, amuse bouche, palate cleanser and petit fours. Wine pairing is available for an additional cost per person.
