Prior to joining Cradle Mountain Lodge, Ivan was Sous Chef at Stillwater, one of Tasmania’s most iconic restaurants, where he honed his skills in casual fine dining and embraced a farm-to-table philosophy. His time at Stillwater solidified his deep respect for Tasmania’s incredible produce, a passion he brings with him to Cradle Mountain.
