This is a very rare opportunity to enjoy a fine five-course menu using local produce to complement some of Tasmania's finest local wines. Meet Tasmania's top winemakers and learn about the perfect pairing of food and wine.
Each degustation dinner is hosted by a top winemaker or brewer of fine ales.
The 5 course degustation dinner includes starter, entrée, sorbet, main course and dessert with a glass of wine accompanying each course.
The degustation dinners are available with a minimum one night accommodation only. Take advantage of the special Winter Wonderland rates from 1st May until 30th September 2010 and save off the standard nightly rate.
